The girl at the front desk does not know customer service. Mireya maybe her name is. Called yesterday trying to get an appointment and she tells me I should have called sooner then tells me to wait and tells me I can if I go in 20 min after I told her we were like 40 min away. Then she asks if I want to change my appt for the next day and I say no because I want to try to make it but I might cancel in the morning. She states okay. I call her this morning and tell her I need to cancel and then she goes on to explaining how I get three strikes and then they drop me. Well just for your information I pay my dental out of my pay check and every time my daughter has a procedure I still pay out of pocket $200-$300 then they screwed me over about getting her some covers for her teeth and stated they didn’t have any in her size after paying over $300 for that appointment. Very unprofessional those girls up front. They should coordinate better. My daughter deserves better care. Don’t get me wrong. I like the back staff but they really need to retrain or get a new front staff.
